After your first consultation, you will have the opportunity to schedule follow-up appointments for ongoing continuous care or address minor medical emergencies, if necessary. Our experienced family doctor is here to provide you with continuous support and timely medical care.

• A thorough annual examination that includes medical consultation, renewal of prescriptions, and a complete physical examination.
• Baseline blood profile ( FBC with differential, fasting glucose, HbA1c, total cholesterol, HDL & LDL, triglycerides, creatinine, electrolytes (Na, K, Cl), ALT. )
• 2 visits for minor emergencies and follow-ups.
• Starting and maintaining a complete medical file.
• Handling forms of insurance and SAAQ without any additional charges.

Premium Health Assessment Plan  1549$

• 1 member
• A thorough annual examination that includes medical consultation, renewal of prescriptions, and a complete physical examination.
• Complet Baseline blood profile (FBC, fasting glucose, HbA1c, total cholesterol, HDL & LDL, triglycerides, creatinine, electrolytes (Na, K, Cl), urinalysis, urea, AST, ALT, GGT, total bilirubin, alkaline phosphatase, TSH, calcium, albumin, phosphate)
